Blue Point Capital-backed Next Level Apparel to acquire Stedman.

Blue Point Capital-backed Next Level Apparel, a designer and supplier of quality, casual apparel, agreed to acquire Stedman, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of premium casual and sportswear blank apparel for the printwear industry.
