OTPPB-backed GPA Global to acquire Cosfibel Group.

OTPPB-backed GPA Global, a firm that specializes in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and distribution of packaging solutions, agreed to acquire Cosfibel Group, a provider of promotional packaging, luxury gifting and merchandising solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I'm excited to welcome the Cosfibel team to the GPA family.
