Van den Borne completed the acquisition of KAR UK.

Van den Borne, a technical wholesaler specialising in pumps and piping systems, completed the acquisition of KAR UK, a wholesale irrigation supplier that sells pipes, hoses, hose reel lances, and fittings for agriculture and horticulture sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We at KAR UK are delighted about the acquisition by Van den Borne and I see this as a fundamental next step for our company. After the acquisition, KAR UK will continue to operate from its’ base in Manchester in the same manner but also benefit from the support of Van den Borne.
