Sweco to acquire VK architects+engineers.

Sweco, a European engineering consultancy company, agreed to acquire VK architects+engineers, a multidisciplinary design firm within architectural, technical and infrastructure design solutions in healthcare, industry and infrastructure as well as in various other building segments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is completely in line with our growth strategy.
