Cerity Partners, an investment advisor that offers financial planning to individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations, completed the acquisition of Ashfield Capital Partners, a wealth management company that offers investment advisory, insurance services and retirement plans. Financial terms were not disclosed.
