Crescent Cove-backed Kingsley Gate Partners, an executive search firm, completed the acquisition of The Omerta Group, an executive search firm specializing in financial services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “To have a truly global financial services practice, you must be in three locations: New York, London, and Hong Kong.
