VARO Energy completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Bio Energy Coevorden.

VARO Energy, an energy company, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in Bio Energy Coevorden, an operator of a green gas producer power station. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The developments in new biofuels and sustainable energy such as green gas in particular, have prompted us to expand our European activities in Coevorden,” Theo Pannekeet, VARO Energy EVP New Energies & Innovations.
