RTC Partners-backed Verdantas completed the acquisition of Borton-Lawson.

RTC Partners-backed Verdantas, a private-equity-backed solution provider of engineering, planning, and science services, completed the acquisition of Borton-Lawson, a civil engineering company that offers engineering, design, and architectural consultancy services.
