Valsoft, a Canadian company specializing in the acquisition and development of software companies within vertical markets, completed the acquisition of Futurasi, a company active in the development and supply of enterprise resource planning software for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Financial terms were not disclosed.
