Premier Paper Group to acquire GPMI.

Premier Paper Group, a company that operates as an independent paper merchant in the UK, agreed to acquire GPMI, a graphics and paper merchant and supplying both the commercial and industrial clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GPMI is an exciting addition to the Group and opens up a new geographical market for Premier. These latest acquisitions are consistent with our strategy of achieving good organic growth, based on our traditional paper merchanting foundations, together with selected acquisitions in new but complementary markets,” Michael Beever, Premier Paper Group CEO.
