Sofrilog, a family-owned group specializing in logistics and cold storage transport, agreed to acquire NJS Faramia, a company that specializes in temperature-driven logistics and transport. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of NJS Faramia by Sofrilog, and the commitment of my three children to the group, will be a guarantee of success for the future development of the company.
