Continuim Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Quality Tooling and Repair, a manufacturer of general and precision machined components and Cobot Systems, a systems integrator of practical robotics solutions for CNC machine tending, laser welding and other industrial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
