BradyIFS completed the acquisition of YPV Distribution.

BradyIFS, one of the largest food service and JanSan platforms in North America, completed the acquisition of YPV Distribution, a supply company that distributes packaging and janitorial products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome Peter, John, Vaios, and the entire team at YPV to BradyIFS. This is our third acquisition in the Chicago area, where annual revenues now exceed $70m.
