Pearl Group, an e-commerce, and marketing solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Cross Application Consulting, a digital consulting services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining forces with Cross Application Consulting & Cross Application Resources will strengthen the ERP competence in Pearl Group even further, making them the perfect addition," Pearl Group.
