Livegage Technology Services, a Fintech company, completed the acquisition of Potomac Technology Ventures, a company provides research, analytics, and predictive business strategies to companies using AI, machine learning, from Roosevelt Management Company, a New York-based investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
