Helios Technologies, a provider of highly engineered motion control and electronic controls technology, completed the acquisition of Schultes Precision Manufacturing, a provider of manufacturing precision machined components and assemblies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Schultes is an excellent bolt-on flywheel acquisition to add to our Hydraulics segment.
