Legend Capital led a $224m Series C funding round in GenScript ProBio.

Legend Capital, an investment firm based in Beijing, led a $224m Series C funding round in GenScript ProBio, a pharmaceutical research and manufacturing service provider, with participation from HighLight Capital and Xiamen C&D. The capital raising will help build up manufacturing capacity, further research and development capabilities and opportunistically acquire assets to develop its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization business GenScript Biotech said.
