ISC to acquire Regulis from SITA.

ISC, an information management company, agreed to acquire Regulis, an International Registry for Railway Rolling Stock operator, from SITA, a multinational information technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to complete this transaction.
