Capital Square Partners completed the merger with Basil Technology Partners in a $700m deal.

Capital Square Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the merger with Basil Technology Partners, a specialist technology investor that identifies and invests in niche technologies that are disrupting the IT services space, in a $700m deal. The companies combined to form a new entity, also known as Capital Square Partners, to deepen their technology services focused investments.
