Sandberg Capital, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Quantox Technology, a software company, for $22m. “By entering into a partnership, we want to broaden our expertise and further strengthen our position as a leading IT employer in the region. Also, this investment will enable us to have a greater presence in the European and US markets, which will mean a lot to our clients by increasing the range of services in delivering high-end digital solutions and providing comprehensive IT support," Vuk Popović, Quantox Technology Founder.
