Clarion Capital Partners, a New York based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Vin Di Bona Productions, a company in reality television, and V10 Entertainment, a production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Vin and his team. VDBP is a legendary production company that has been a leader for decades.
