Synopsis

McWin, a Czech Republic-based private investment firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in L'Osteria, a restaurant chain, at $435m valuation. "We are big believers that excellent businesses like this one outperform in turbulent times," Henry McGovern, McWin Founding Partner.
