Mitel completed the acquisition of Unify from Atos.

Mitel, a provider of business communications services, completed the acquisition of Unify, a unified communications and collaboration services provider, from Atos, a digital transformation provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a transformative milestone for the Mitel and Unify teams and for the broader communication and collaboration industry.
