ByHeart, an infant nutrition company, completed the acquisition of the Allerton domestic infant formula manufacturing facility from Dairy Farmers of America, a dairy cooperative. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Infant formula is a fundamental category and often the sole source of nutrition for babies.
