D'Ieteren Automotive completed the acquisition of Jennes Group.

D'Ieteren Automotive, a car dealership company that sells new and used cars, completed the acquisition of Jennes Group, a car dealership that offers new and preowned cars from commercial brands like Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, and Cupra. Financial terms were not disclosed. This takeover of all personnel and sites aims to strengthen D'Ieteren's activities in one of the key regions of the country, in particular for the fleet segment. This operation will notably make it possible to create new synergies in sales, marketing, the used car offering and our after-sales service and to exchange best practices.
