Mubadala Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Atvos from Lone Star.

Mubadala Capital, an asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Atvos, a sugar and alcohol company, from Lone Star, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
