Irwin Car And Equipment, a heavy-duty material handling equipment provider in the metals, mining, tunneling, energy and transportation industries, completed the acquisition of Gray Manufacturing Industries, an expert in sourcing, kitting & delivering complete overhaul kits to transit agencies for the in-house overhaul of rail vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed.
