Elivia Homes to acquire Millwood Designer Homes from Places for People Group.

Elivia Homes, a construction service company, agreed to acquire Millwood Designer Homes, a property developer, from Places for People Group, a property management, development, regeneration and leisure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This disposal forms part of Places for People's strategy to focus on its core purpose of building and supporting thriving communities, an element of which will be delivered through the construction of much-needed new affordable housing.
