Solomat Location completed the acquisition of Termaloc.

Solomat Location, an office supplies company, completed the acquisition of Termaloc, a company specializing in the rental of construction machinery and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger with Solomat Location will allow Termaloc to write a new page in its history which began almost thirty years ago and to bring the know-how of a large group. My first thanks go to the FIDAL team, for its strategic role in this operation, at each of its stages: structuring, coordination, negotiation and finalization with dedicated and involved support.
