Focus Group completed the investment in Zest4.

Focus Group, a UK provider of communications and IT solutions, completed the investment in Zest4, a channel-focused wholesale provider of Unified Communications solutions for resellers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Zest4 is a high-growth business with a great team and a reputation for being an outstanding service provider. We have a strong channel but the decision to make this investment changes our outlook. Zest4 will operate independently to Focus Group, to ensure the integrity our partners and customers enjoy today is maintained into the future,” Barney Taylor, Focus Group CEO.
