Focus Group, a UK provider of communications and IT solutions, completed the investment in Zest4, a channel-focused wholesale provider of Unified Communications solutions for resellers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Zest4 is a high-growth business with a great team and a reputation for being an outstanding service provider. We have a strong channel but the decision to make this investment changes our outlook.
