Mainline Information Systems, a provider of IT solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Axcelinno, a global IT consultancy and professional services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As we work with our clients to help them modernize their IT environments, three initiatives are high on their lists: efficiently utilizing cloud, automating processes, and mitigating risks.
