Red Bird-backed SAR Trilogy Management completed the acquisition of Epps Aviation.

Red Bird-backed SAR Trilogy Management, a private equity firm based in Windermere, Florida, completed the acquisition of Epps Aviation, a fixed base operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Epps family has known the founders of SAR Trilogy Management for almost two decades; we know they appreciate the legacy of Epps Aviation. Michael and Sanjay are hands-on owners with a commitment to customers, safety, and an integrated FBO business model.
