UI Investment-backed Proxiad, a digital services company, completed the acquisition of K-Ciope, Hillstone, and Easyneo, an IT consulting firm and service companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. These operations allow the group to strengthen its presence in key cities, open new locations in major metropolitan areas, and accelerate its international expansion.
