Marqeta completed the acquisition of Power Finance for $275m.

Marqeta, a global modern card issuing platform, completed the acquisition of Power Finance, a financial services company, for $275m. “Companies like ours were made possible because of the path Marqeta blazed in modern card issuing, demonstrating the possibilities in payments with flexible and modern payment infrastructure.
