Kaho Partners-backed Addtronics completed the acquisition of Missouri Tooling & Automation.

Kaho Partners-backed Addtronics, a mission-driven holding company dedicated to acquiring, empowering, and growing leading robotic automation solution providers, completed the acquisition of Missouri Tooling & Automation, a custom robotic automation systems provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to partner with Addtronics.
