Bird Construction completed the acquisition of Trinity Communication Services.

Bird Construction, a construction company, completed the acquisition of Trinity Communication Services, a diversified telecommunication and utility infrastructure contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Trinity's scalable operations align with our tuck-in M&A strategy to seek out high growth potential businesses with strong margin and cashflow profiles.
