Just Climate to acquire a minority stake in Meva Energy.

Just Climate, a private equity firm that focuses on greentech companies, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Meva Energy, a company that is working on a technology that converts solid biomass into renewable biogas. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As an innovative greentech company we are really happy to achieve this big financing milestone from a climate-led, global investor.
