Greenman Group completed the acquisition of Newbridge Poland from Somerston Group.

Greenman Group, a real estate investment fund manager, completed the acquisition of Newbridge Poland, an asset manager and developer, from Somerston Group, a real estate investment and development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition confirms our commitment to greater European expansion. As well as securing the assets, we’ve also managed to partner with a team of extremely experienced convenience store real estate experts who add an important level of geographic diversity to our platform and investors in the funds,” Johnnie Wilkinson, Greenman Group CEO.
