Ramudden completed the acquisition of Veidrift from Roadworks.

Ramudden, a provider of comprehensive solutions for workplace safety for road works, construction, facilities, railways and other infrastructure projects, completed the acquisition of Veidrift, a temporary traffic management and permanent sign installation company, from Roadworks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
