Inox Green to acquire a 51% stake in I-Fox Windtechnik India.

Inox Green, a wind power operation and maintenance service provider, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in I-Fox Windtechnik India, an independent wind service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This will empower the company to leverage the synergies and efficiencies across the combined teams, supply chain capabilities and technical expertise," Inox Green.
