CIE Automotive to acquire Iber-Oleff for €20m.

CIE Automotive, an automotive industry company, agreed to acquire Iber-Oleff, a plastic components manufacturer, for €20m. "The integration of Iber-Oleff Brasil gives us access to major Asian OEMs in the country, as well as reinforces our positioning with European and American OEMs. The project offers us a unique opportunity to grow with all of them with limited investment, thanks in large part to the synergies of its integration into our Brazilian plastics division," Jesús María Herrera, CIE Automotive CEO.
