Richter completed the acquisition of OC Distributors from Consilient Health for £33m.

Richter, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, completed the acquisition of OC Distributors, a company holding the marketing and distribution rights of a number of women’s healthcare products, from Consilient Health, a pharmaceutical company, for £33m. “This agreement brings a meaningful expansion to sales levels achieved in the UK and Ireland by Richter’s unique OC franchise. We are very pleased that Richter’s market presence in its core female health franchise will be further strengthened in these markets," Erik Bogsch, Richter Chairman of the Board.
