Apax-backed Europe Snacks completed the acquisition of Burts Snacks.

Apax-backed Europe Snacks, a producer of savoury snacks for third party brands, completed the acquisition of Burts Snacks, a snacking manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Within a highly uncertain economic context, it is key to reach a size that allows us to keep investing in our people and in our factories.
