Thompson Street Capital Partners-backed PestCo Holdings, a holding company of residential and commercial pest prevention and control services, completed the acquisition of Pointe Pest Control, a residential and commercial pest control services provider. Financial term were not disclosed. “Pointe Pacific Northwest is a well-known brand in the industry with an excellent track record of growth and expertise in residential pest control.
