Noventiq, a global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity, terminated the SPAC merger with Corner Growth Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. Financial terms were not disclosed. On July 4, 2024, the decision was made to terminate the agreement. “Due to current SPAC and equity market conditions, it was mutually agreed that the best option for all parties at this time is to terminate the transaction.
