Deutsche Private Equity-backed valantic completed the acquisition of Sieger Consulting.

Deutsche Private Equity-backed valantic, a digital solutions, consulting and software company, completed the acquisition of Sieger Consulting, an end-to-end boutique consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Anyone who fails to optimize the use of corporate data today will be left behind tomorrow. Sieger’s experts will allows us to expand our consulting portfolio for optimizing data management within companies.
