Imagine Learning completed the acquisition of Winsor Learning.

Imagine Learning, a provider of digital curriculum solutions, completed the acquisition of Winsor Learning, a literacy products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a seminal moment for Imagine Learning as we commit significant time and resources to serve the needs of our most vulnerable students.
