Artelia to acquire Mahindra Consulting Engineering from Mahindra & Mahindra.

Artelia, a group offering a full range of engineering-related services over the mobility, water, energy and other sectors, agreed to acquire Mahindra Consulting Engineering, an engineering consultancy company, from Mahindra & Mahindra, an automotive manufacturing corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
