Standard Chartered completed the acquisition of RBC Investor Services Trust Hong Kong.

Standard Chartered, a multinational bank with operations in consumer, corporate and institutional banking, and treasury services, completed the acquisition of RBC Investor Services Trust Hong Kong, , a provider of trustee, fund administration, custody and other related services to certain retirement and other funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Standard Chartered is keen on investing in growth opportunities and expanding its offering to meet clients’ needs. As at end-March 2022, MPF assets under management in Hong Kong amounted to $1.12tn, which is a very significant market with continuous growth potential.
